ESG ASSESSMENT CORPORATE is a consultancy service based on a methodology developed by Kickster developed to assess on companies’ ESG performance, by shared criteria and in compliance with international best practices.

ESG ASSESSMENT CORPORATE is suitable for companies interested in developing an integrated ESG strategy aligned with international best practices and regulatory frameworks and trends, and for any organization which must report its ESG performance to suppliers and customers in a clear and exhaustive way. In general, the assessment is addressed to any company intending to reduce exposure to ESG risks.

The methodology has been developed by Kickster and presented to stakeholder in 2020; in the same year it has been validated by Rina.

The evaluation system analyzes sustainability performance on the basis of 81 criteria associated with E/S/G classes, divided into 6 areas of analysis:

• risk management,
• sustainability communication,
• human capital development,
• corporate governance strategies,
• supply-chain management,
• integrated ESG policies.

Moreover, each criteria is correlated with the GRI standards and the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

The analysis provides KPIs and a synthetic ESG rating.

Data collection can take place via KCKSTER’s cloud solution.

Once the analysis has been performed, Kickster delivers a detailed Report independently reflecting the company’s alignment with criteria and principles foreseen by the ESG assessment methodology.

The Report highlights the company’s ESG performance and focuses on the strengths and weaknesses and suggests possible improvement strategies. It also includes a file (xls) with the correlation between the Kickster assessment methodology criteria and the corresponding GRI and ESRS criteria, in order to simplify reporting activities also from a CSRD perspective.
