ESG ASSESSMENT CORPORATE is a consulting service based on a methodology developed by Kickster to assess companies’ ESG performance according to shared criteria and in line with international best practices.

ESG ASSESSMENT CORPORATE is suitable for: companies that intend to develop an integrated ESG strategy aligned with international best practices and regulatory trends; organisations that need to report their performance to suppliers and customers in a clear and comprehensive manner; and, in general, all companies that wish to reduce their exposure to ESG risks.

The methodology was developed by Kickster in consultation with stakeholders in 2020 and has been validated by Rina.

he assessment system analyses sustainability performance based on 81 criteria associated with E/S/G criteria and divided into six areas of analysis:

• risk management,
• sustainability communication,
• human capital development,
• corporate governance strategies,
• supply-chain management,
• integrated ESG policies.

For each criterion, its correlation with the sustainability criteria set out in the GRI standards, the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) is also analysed.

The analysis provides KPIs and a summary ESG rating

Data collection can be carried out using the KICKSTER cloud solution.

Once the analysis has been performed, Kickster provides a detailed report on ESG criteria that independently reflects the company’s alignment with the criteria and principles set out in the ESG assessment methodology.

In addition to highlighting the company’s ESG performance, the report identifies strengths and suggests possible strategies for improvement. It also includes an Excel file showing the correlation between Kickster’s assessment methodology criteria and the corresponding GRI/ESRS criteria, to facilitate reporting activities, including from a CSRD perspective.
