AFV BELTRAME GROUP: MATERIAL TOPICS AND SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

AFV Beltrame Group has engaged in a deep analysis to identify material topics to disclose in the Sustainability Report, as requested by the GRI standards. An assessment on its activities, business relationships and the sustainability context in which these occurs, and an overview of stakeholder have been performed, considering all Strategic Pillars of the Group. The process has led to the identification of actual and potential, negative and positive, impacts on the economy, environment, and people, including impacts on their human rights.

AFV Beltrame Group’s Sustainability Report 2022 will disclose on the following material topics:

• Health, safety and well-being, including human rights
• Decarbonization and climate-change
• Energy Management
• Environmental management: water, waste, air
• Economic performance
• Human capital management and development
• Business ethics
• Policy and regulatory risk
• Impact and development of communities

The list of material topics was approved by the Board of Directors on the 30th of March 2023.
